Posted September 10, 2018 08:17:25 I’ve been watching the Slim Fast video, and it’s definitely one of the more entertaining videos I’ve seen in a while.

I’m not a huge fan of the way that the Slims (in this case, their “slimfast” tag) are presented, but this one does a pretty good job of conveying that it’s a pretty slim, super fast workout.

The video is presented in a fairly traditional fashion, with the Slimfast video running in the background.

This is how it’s shown on the main menu:The Slimfast menu (left) and the menu that loads the SlimFast app (right).

This screenshot is from the main Slimfast page, which is where you can view all of the Slimfests.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t have the best taste in fitness, so I prefer to go back to the traditional Slimfast.

But it does work, and while the Slim fast might not be my cup of tea, it’s certainly a lot of fun.

Here’s the Slim fad: The Slim Fast workout above is for two people.

In this scenario, you’ll need to choose your weight, reps, and intensity (and your pace, of course).

To get started, choose your body weight and start the video.

Then, you can either set the pace for a set or for a full workout, and you can change the pace as needed.

As you can see, the tempo of the workout is pretty straightforward.

You can choose the pace of your own pace, or you can choose a pace that’s set to the Slim’s tag.

The tempo of this workout is set to 10.5sec/minute.

If you chose the pace that the tag is set at, then it will kick in at about the 3-minute mark, at which point the pace will be set back to 8sec/minutes.

So, for example, if you chose 10sec/hour and set your pace to the tag “snoops” (and it is set as 10sec.perhr), the workout would kick in about 10sec later at 8sec.

perhr.

What’s really cool about this workout, however, is that it uses the Slim tag as a starting point.

It doesn’t actually start the workout with a specific weight or reps, but rather it starts with the tag.

You can pick up as many sets as you want, as long as you’re on the tag, and if you’re at the right intensity, you won’t be out of breath for long.

Once you get going, you should be able to hit a weight you want.

A nice bonus is that you don’t need to do any other work to do this workout.

You can just do it, and then go home.

After you’ve finished your workout, you’re good to go.

That’s all you need to know to get started with Slim Fast.
